- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

💰 Shipping Costs

📍 Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, we will provide your tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–72 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before we can resend the package.
📦 Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged packages, we recommend taking photographs of the package and product before disposing of any packaging materials.
